Who We Are

Henceregime Restoration is a referral service. We connect homeowners in Riverside and the Inland Empire with independent local water damage restoration providers. We act like a dispatcher: take the details, match the job, hand it off.

We are not a restoration company. We do not send out workers of our own, and we do not do the work.

Why We Exist

A wet house is stressful. Most people do not know which provider to trust or what to ask. Water that is dried poorly can leave hidden moisture, odors and mold. That can hurt the home's condition and its resale value.

Our goal is simple. Protect the home by getting you to a provider who can dry it right and document the damage.

How Providers Are Matched

You describe the problem: what happened, where the water is and what the house is like. We look at the job type, whether that is general restoration, a flooded basement or extraction and drying. Then we pass your request to a provider in our network that serves your area.

Older homes get extra attention. Aging pipes, past patch repairs and layered flooring can hide surprises, so we note the age of the house in the request.

What to Have Ready

A few details help the match go smoothly:

• Where the water came from, if you know
• Which rooms or floors are wet
• Roughly when it started
• The age of the home and the type of flooring
• Whether the water is still running (shut off the main valve if it is safe to do so)

Photos on your phone are useful too. Providers can often use them to understand the scope of the job before they arrive.

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We expect them to:

Providers set their own prices, schedules and methods. Availability varies, and many can respond quickly depending on workload.

What We Do Not Do

We do not perform repairs, extraction, drying or cleanup. We do not set provider prices. We do not decide your insurance claim. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.

How We Are Paid

Homeowners are not charged a fee by Henceregime Restoration. Independent providers may pay a referral fee when we send them a job. You pay the provider you hire, at the price in your written quote.
