How Our Provider Network Works

Who You Talk To

There are two parties in this process. The first is Henceregime Restoration, which collects your details and makes the match. The second is an independent local provider, which inspects the house and does the work.

We do not publish staff profiles because the work is not ours. The business that comes to your home is the provider, and you should know its name before anyone arrives.

What Happens After You Contact Us

  • You share the basics: where the water is, how it got in, and roughly how much.
  • You mention the age of the home and any past leaks.
  • We match the job to a provider in our network that serves your area.
  • The provider follows up, usually with questions and a time to inspect.
  • You review the written estimate and decide.

Provider availability varies. Request a callback to check provider availability if you want to speak with someone first.

What to Ask a Provider

Good questions keep the job clear. Ask these:

  • Are you licensed and insured where required for this work?
  • How will you find and measure hidden moisture?
  • What equipment will you use, and for how long?
  • Will you document the damage with photos and readings?
  • What is in the written quote, and what could change it?
  • How will you handle my foundation type, slab or raised?

In older homes, add one more: how will you check behind finishes such as plaster, old flooring and past repairs?

Know the Price Basics

Costs vary by job size, water type and materials. Typical U.S. projects can range from a few hundred dollars for a small extraction to several thousand for larger structural drying and rebuilds. Get a written quote before work starts.

You Are in Control

A match is not a contract. You can ask questions, compare estimates and say no. The provider cannot start until you agree to the scope and price.

If insurance may be involved, check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
