How to Raise a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
We want every homeowner who reaches Henceregime Restoration to be treated fairly and honestly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page explains how to file a complaint and what follows. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Topics You Can Raise
You can write to us about:
- Your experience calling or contacting Henceregime Restoration
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
If the Issue Is a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, work and customer service. If work in your home is a problem, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.
We still want to know. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed from it. Note that Henceregime Restoration cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a provider's work or decide matters on a provider's behalf.
Filing Your Complaint
Email contact@henceregime.garden and include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if known
- A clear account of what happened and the outcome you want
After You Write
We will acknowledge your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.
If You Disagree With Our Reply
If you are unhappy with our response, reply and ask us to take another look. You may also contact your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may also help.
